Differential Multi-Information

DMI is a bioinformatic tool for the identification of post-translaional modulators of transcription factor of interest starting from a know set of its transcriptional targets.

Differential Multi-Information

Use DMI for the identification of Post-Translational Modulators

Paste the the list of targets (i.e. official gene symbols) line-by-line in the text area and click the "submit" button. For the web-server version of DMI a minimium of 3 and a maximium of 20 targets can be used.

For a fastest version or the use of more than 20 targets please download and use the MATLAB code of DMI from our repository on bitbucket.org

The genes reported as example are targets of TP53 from Lie et al.
